Using guidelines advised by GHG protocol and DEFRA, CarbonImpact eliminates the need for API plugins or technical support, using a spend-based method to calculate Scope 3 emissions based on purchasing activity. Scope 3 emissions play a key part in any carbon reduction plan and a CarbonImpact report can assist with understanding the current footprint of a business. We’ve removed technical jargon and complexity, providing accessible solutions for SMEs to understand their impact on the environment.
We have created two types of reports to support various stages of your journey to environmental awareness. In addition to the Scope 3 Emissions report, which is a more overarching look at your scope 3 emissions, using your unique data, CarbonImpact can provide a Transport Emissions Report, a comprehensive insight detailing your overall emissions broken down by sales line. This report evaluates emissions generated by looking at metrics including quantity, distance travelled as well as mode of transport, providing a detailed analysis of the emissions generated in the last leg of a product journey.
Wherever you are on your journey to environmental awareness, CarbonImpact
can support you to create a meaningful and realistic carbon reduction plan.
